Our links with St Andrew’s Church

Both the church and the school are integral to the community as both seek to enrich the lives of all members of the community.

The church has an important part to play in the life of the school. Working with the staff and the governors the church, through leadership of collective worship and school services, seek to ensure that each child grows spiritually.

Our hope is that every child should know that they are unique, special and that in their daily lives, they should exhibit the school’s distinctive Christian values.

St Andrew’s Church in Shottery is a friendly place of worship & community, situated in the village of Shottery about a mile from Stratford upon Avon Town Centre, and near to Anne Hathaway’s Cottage.

St Andrew's Church dates from 1870 and became a parish in its own right in the early 1980’s, when the completely independent Parish of "Shottery St. Andrew" and a Vicar with traditional "Parsons Freehold" was established. In 1997, the Parish Centre was built to the rear of the church and at Easter 2005, the church building was re-ordered and physically extended.
