Shakespeare Birthday Celebrations 2019.

A big thank you to all children who attended despite being such a blustery day.

We have been given four lovely bird boxes which were donated as part of an initiative by a local charity, Welcome to our Future. The boxes have been placed at different heights and in varying environments around the school to attract a variety of species.

Bikeability – some of our Year 6 took part in Bikeability and braved the weather on the first day of the course. Well done.

Whole school working with Shakespeare Birthplace Trust at Christmas. The children’s decorations were on show over the Christmas period at Anne Hathaway’s Cottage.

The Singing Club led the solo groups and Lower School 1 formed the tableau this year at our Candlelit Carol Service.

Shottery Girls and Boys Football Team took part in the – AJAX TOURNAMENT

Both teams came 3rd overall, Well Done. Boys team shown below

The netball team, shown below, played Stratford Preparatory School this Tuesday (2nd October 2018) and achieved a super victory with 16 goals to 1. The team played brilliantly and showed great sporting spirit as well as skill.
